Went to look at a car for my son we had found on line. The car was exactly as advertised and was waiting for us when we arrived. Jeff was very friendly and helpful, not at all pushy. He sent us for a test drive on our own and was willing to answer any questions when we returned. He was very helpful with local financing and has a great reputation with the bank we ended up financing through. When we picked the car up it was detailed and ready to go. His partner Rob was also super helpful and gave us several suggestions on how to obtain a second key fob and key and said to call him anytime if we needed help. Both guys were great and I wouldn?t hesitate to contact them again if I was looking for a used car.

After a terrible first experience at a 'big box' dealership, I was truly skeptical of anything else. Honestly, when we pulled up I thought we might be in for more of the same. While it may not be much to look at, they have quality used vehicles and VERY reasonable prices. The prices of all their used vehicles are posted on the windows and they are FINAL prices. They don't do what I've seen before where they start high and let you buy high if you can't stand up to yourself and then slash the price considerably if you argue a little bit. I think it's a bad business when dealerships slash prices by 4k after you argue a bit. It's like, "You were going to charge me $4,000 more than this if I was dumb? That's downright dishonesty." No way I'm going to buy a car from anywhere like that again. Off of my soapbox now, this place is amazing. Prices are set low without any budging. I seriously couldn't find prices like this anywhere else. In fact, the salesman that day said to me, "Look at our prices and then go look around at other places, I guarantee you'll be back." No groveling for my business, no slashing prices, none of all that annoying stuff. We did indeed end up buying a vehicle here. We are in love with it and it is exactly what we wanted and, best of all, fell well within our price range. This is the third car I've purchased from S&I in the past two years. They have all been terrific! I've always found the folks at S&I to be honest and straightforward. I always have a potential purchase inspected by an independent mechanic. The first two were in perfect shape. This last one had a small leak in the rear transfer case. S&I sent the vehicle to their mechanic to verify the problem and they fixed it for free. I've since had it back to my mechanic for maintenance, and they verified the repair was done properly. S&I is always first on my list when in the used car market.

We found a few vehicles we liked on their website and decided to stop by and take a look at them. We were allowed to look around without being hassled or pressured, which made the experience so much more pleasant. We liked that they were able to provide a detailed maintanence history of the car we liked and not give us the "we just bought it at an auction and don't know anything about it" lines. I will say their way of doing business caught me off guard. No haggle prices, no doc or hidden fees, and you pay what you see it advertised at, not a penny more. Rob the owner told me upfront the price on the window is the price (which was priced spot on) that you pay...nothing more...no negotiating, no let me call my manager...just upfront and honest pricing. You've got to respect that, because he was right. I'm not going to say I didnt try to offer less, but just like he said, if I could find that vehicle anywhere else at that price point, I would be there and not at Sports and Imports, and we both knew the price was spot on (I'd been looking for over a month at these particular models all over the state). If you're looking for a nice vehicle and a hassle free, pressure free, pleasant car buying experience, you need to stop by and see these guys....they were outstanding!

I knew which car I was interested in and he didn't try to steer me to something else. I told Dennis I had financing through my credit union and he didn't try to "get me a better deal" by running my credit through tens of other "finance companies". I appreciated the No-Haggle pricing which also meant no miscellaneous "doc fees" added to the final price. The price IS the price. I had visited 3 other dealerships recently and had those bad experiences and then some, but not at Sports & Imports. Hours were spent at the other dealerships but less than an hour at Sports & Imports. Best of all, I love the '02 Acura I purchased. I feel like I got an amazing car with everything I was looking for, and for a good price. Thank you so much!!

He was very detailed in describing any defects he thought were visible with the car I was interested in. I requested additional pictures of a couple of issue he mentioned and they were sent immediately. We were able to come up with a buying agreement on the car I was looking at and my wife and I made arrangements to fly out from NC to Tulsa to pick up the car. Jeff picked us up at the airport in Tulsa, got us to their lot, and the car was ready to go - and the descriptions of the issues we had discussed on the phone were spot on. I did a quick test drive signed our paperwork and my wife and I were on the road back to NC in less than an hour. The gentleman gave her an excellent deal. After she got the car a little minor bulb or something needed to be replaced and he offered to take care of it for her. I would highly recommend Sports & Imports to everyone I come in counter with looking for a car. If the car you want is not on the lot, the owner will put forth every effort to find something that meets your needs and wants. They're definitely in business to gain the loyalty of their customers. In addition, if you ever need work done to your car he can refer mechanics equipped with the necessary skills to work on it. This dealer definitely exceeds your expectaions and is so hospitable. Lastly, after purchasing my car I received a gas card, a warranty, and a new perspective regarding used car dealers.
